Booking and Refund Policy

1. Booking Policy

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable except under conditions stated in our refund policy.
The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at the venue before setup and performance begin.
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
In the unlikely event that Celtic Bandits Entertainment Services must cancel, a full refund of all payments, including the deposit, will be issued.
Requests for rescheduling are subject to availability and must be made at least 30 days before the original event date.

3. Force Majeure

Celtic Bandits Entertainment Services is not liable for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will work with the client to reschedule the event.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details and ensuring that the venue meets all technical and logistical requirements specified by Celtic Bandits Entertainment Services.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in additional charges or the inability to provide the contracted services.

5. Changes to Booking Policy

Celtic Bandits Entertainment Services reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Continued use of our services or site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

5. Liability: Celtic Bandits is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
